A match reviewed and confirmed as a false positive can be whitelisted with a justification note, and is then excluded from generating alerts on the next screening run. Entries are reviewed periodically and removed when they no longer hold.

Yes. The similarity threshold is configurable per tenant. The default is 70—matches scoring 70 or above open as alerts in the queue. You can raise or lower it to match your risk appetite, and different thresholds can be set for different sessions (online, batch).
DetectX® connects to the lists your organisation subscribes to. These include commercial data providers as well as public sanctions registers and PEP lists. Custom internal lists can also be added. The source list is recorded on every alert.
The analyst selects “False positive” as the disposition, adds a mandatory comment and proposes it for four-eyes review. Once approved, the decision and the reasoning are recorded permanently on the alert. The same pair—client record and matched entry—can be added to a White List so future checks suppress the alert without removing it from the audit trail.
Both modes run in the same module. Online screening checks a name in real time—at onboarding or on demand. Batch screening runs on a schedule or on request, re-screening your existing portfolio against updated lists. Both feed the same alert queue and the same four-eyes review workflow.
Name Screening shares the AlertViewer, lists and reporting with every other DetectX® module. An adverse media search on the same subject can be launched from inside the alert. Adding a second module never requires a separate review workflow.
